Houses 11 rooms, 4 washrooms and 1 kitchen. Agnes MacPhail was the first woman elected to the Canadian Parliament. A member of the CCF party (Co-operative Commonwealth Federation), a predecessor of the NDP, she was an active supporter of Co-ops. MacPhail House was bought in 1965.
