Houses 7 rooms, 1 washroom and 1 kitchen. It is named after the first leader of the federal NDP who introduced what we know as OHIP today. As leader of the Co-operator Commonwealth Federation, TC Douglas was active in promoting the interests of Co-operatives in Saskatchewan. As the leader of the NDP, he promoted the interests of student Co-operatives in Canada. TC Douglas House was acquired in 1983.
