Short-Term Guests
From May 1 to August 28, Campus Co-op offers housing to short term guests at reasonable daily rates in a variety of furnished rooms with linens in shared facilities. Short term guests may use the free laundry facilities. Co-op will only launder the linen after the departure. There is a student concierge living in the house available to administer pre-arranged move-ins after office hours and to assist residents responding to their concerns.

Room Rates
The single daily room rate is $45 for 2010. The double room rate is $70. There is a discount of $5 per night for more than a two night stay. There is an additional discount of $5 per night for bona fide members of a non-profit organization if arrangements are made with the office and the connection to the non-profit organization can be confirmed by staff.
No deposit is required. Damage will be charged to the resident’s credit card following room inspection after departure.
Payment is required by credit card in advance for up to a one week stay at the Co-op office or online. Payment can then be made weekly in advance for any additional time staying. A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation at the full rate will be charged if a room is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice during office hours.
