CCRI does not charge rent, rather a fee is set to cover each member's share of the cost of operating and maintaining the Co-op.

School year fees are paid in full at the beginning of each term or they can be paid in monthly installments. Discounts for paying by the term are offered to all members submitting term payments by the specified deadline. Monthly installments are made by submitting to the office cheques for the term when you move in. Cash payments over $30 are not accepted. Payments are accepted by cheque, money order, traveller's cheques and interac.

Note: You cannot receive your key and move in until you pay all outstanding fees, including your 1st month's fee.

Note: As of May 30, 2007, CCRI is completely non-smoking. This means members will not be allowed to smoke in any of our houses or rooms.

Length of Contract

All school year contracts are for eight months, from September to April.
